Nairobi, the capital of Kenya.
There, the largest slum in Africa, Kibera Slum, is spread out.
An area equivalent to 50 Tokyo Domes,
It has a population of approximately one million, nearly half the population of Nairobi as a whole.
There is also a train running in Kibera.
About three round trips are made each day, passing by the eaves of the stalls lined up in a row.
Even the children playing on the tracks paused when they heard the whistle.
Although there are residential areas built by the government, people are going back to the slums where they are used to living.
While various groups and volunteers are visiting the area to improve sanitation and security, we should not forget that the people of Kibera live at their own pace, although they are poor.
