This is a traditional Czech pastry, Trdelník.
Also known as Trudoro.
Roll the thinly rolled out flour dough into a tube, rotate and bake, and when done, sprinkle the surface with cinnamon, nuts, sugar, etc. to finish.
In Prague's Old Town, of course, there are always stores selling this trdelník in the tourist areas.
It is a very common snack in the Czech Republic that can be eaten and enjoyed.
